Ray Arreguin

After graduating from Ohio University in 2011 with a doctorate in physical therapy, he and Kana moved west. The next 11 years were spent immersing himself in training from some of the best physical therapists and mentors in the region. He became a board-certified orthopedic specialist in 2014. In 2019, he became a certified orthopedic manual therapist as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT) through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). In recent years, he has stepped into the world of breath work by training through both Breathe Your Truth and The Oxygen Advantage.

Prior to Wildwood Physical Therapy, Ray served as an orthopedic residency instructor, mentor, and mentorship director for the largest physical therapist-owned company in the country. His treatment interests include orthopedic dysfunctions from the neck to the foot and ankle and everything in between. He especially enjoys challenging issues of the spine, both acute and chronic. Patients benefiting from his breath work range from those with chronic pain, asthma, anxiety, and sleep apnea to elite and recreational athletes.

You will find his approach to be comprehensive, efficient, and focused on you.

Each session with Ray will be one-on-one for 55-60 minutes.
